Use the approved vault

  1. 1

Confirm your organization has enabled AuthPoint password management and follow Kenmie’s enrollment instructions.

  2. 2

Use the approved AuthPoint browser extension or application to save a business credential rather than storing it in an unapproved browser or document.

  3. 3

Create a unique, generated password for each service. Let the vault fill the password only after confirming the website address is correct.

  4. 4

Lock the vault when leaving the device and protect its sign-in with the authentication required by your organization.

Never place shared administrative credentials in a personal vault or share a vault item unless Kenmie has approved the business process.

If autofill does not appear

Confirm the website address is correct and open the approved extension. Do not copy credentials into a website reached through an unexpected email. Contact Kenmie if the extension is missing, the vault will not unlock, or a needed business credential is unavailable.
