Connect safely
- 1
Select the wireless network name provided by your organization. Business, employee, device, and guest networks may have different access.
- 2
Enter the assigned password or sign in with your work identity when prompted. Do not share an employee network password with visitors.
- 3
Confirm the device shows a secure connection, then test access to the resource you need.
If the connection fails
- Turn Wi-Fi off and back on, then reconnect to the correct network.
- Forget the saved network only if Kenmie or your organization instructs you; you will need the correct credentials to reconnect.
- Note the building area, network name, device, time, and whether nearby users are also affected.
- Contact Kenmie if the connection repeatedly drops, shows no internet, or works in one area but not another.
Do not connect business devices to an unknown network with a similar name. A look-alike network can be used to intercept traffic.
