Review a quarantined email message

Decide whether a held message is legitimate and know when to ask Kenmie for review.

Before releasing a message

  • Confirm you recognize the sender and were expecting the message.
  • Look for unusual spelling, urgency, payment requests, password prompts, or unexpected attachments.
  • Verify sensitive requests using a known phone number or a separate trusted conversation—not contact information in the message.

Choose the safest action

Release or allow a message only when you are confident it is legitimate. Delete or report messages that are clearly unwanted or malicious. If the message concerns money, credentials, confidential data, or an unexpected file, ask Kenmie Support to review it before release.

A quarantine notice can itself be impersonated. Use only your organization’s normal quarantine portal or known notification process. Do not enter credentials after following an unexpected message link.
