Do not select links, open attachments, reply, or call a phone number in the message.

In Outlook, select the message and use Report, Report Message, or Report Junk, then choose Phishing. The exact wording can vary by Outlook version and your organization’s setup.

If your Outlook does not show a reporting option, contact Kenmie Support and keep the original message available for review.
If you clicked, opened, replied, or entered information
Call Kenmie Support promptly and explain exactly what happened. Do not wait to see whether the account or computer begins behaving differently. Fast reporting gives the best chance to protect the account and contain the incident.
Never send your password or multifactor code by email. Kenmie will not ask you to approve an unexpected authentication request.
