Apply a signature
- 1
Create a new message in Outlook and allow a moment for the managed default signature to appear.
- 2
If you have more than one approved signature, open the Exclaimer add-in from the ribbon, toolbar, Apps menu, or ellipsis menu.
- 3
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account if prompted, then select the appropriate signature. Replies and forwards may use a shorter approved version.
- 4
Review the visible contact information before sending. Report incorrect information to Kenmie rather than manually rebuilding the signature.
Do not paste a locally created signature over the managed signature. This can create duplicates, outdated information, or inconsistent formatting.
Outlook mobile
On supported Outlook mobile deployments, the default signature is applied automatically. Mobile does not support manually selecting a different Exclaimer signature, and Quick Reply may not apply one. Compose a full reply in Outlook when the signature is required.
